Steven Brykailo joined the strength and conditioning staff in August 2020 as a graduate assistant.
Brykailo comes to Loretto from Army West Point, where he served as a strength and conditioning intern. He provided coaching for wrestling, rugby, hockey, softball and Rabble Rousers. Brykailo also handled intake, inventory and distribution of supplementation and nutrition.
Prior to his time at Army, Brykailo was a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Massachusetts. He assisted with football and women's lacrosse and was responsible for the programming for cheerleading. While at UMass, Brykailo taught technique, assessed and administered soft tissue protocols and aided with the nutrition program.
Brykailo also worked as a strength and conditioning intern and a sport science intern at the University of Central Florida.
Brykailo earned his bachelor of science in sport and exercise science from the University of Central Florida ('18). He made the Dean's Honor Roll.
