JUNIOR (2015-16) – Went 4-14 in singles and 8-9 in doubles… 0-3 in singles and 1-1 in doubles this Fall, competing at the Greater Cincinnati Collegiate Invitational and Bucknell Invite… Competed at No. 4, 5 and 6 singles for a 4-11 dual match record, including 2-3 in NEC matches. Went 1-1 at No. 3, 2-10 at No. 4 and 1-0 at No. 5…. Combined with Raksha Bode and Stephanie Miller in doubles. Went 7-8 in dual matches, including 3-1 in NEC matches. Paired with Miller for an 8-8 mark, including 7-7 in dual matches.
SOPHOMORE (2014-15) – Finished the season with a 12-11 record, tying for first on the team in total wins … posted a 3-1 record in conference play … paired up with teammate Lucy Jasso for a 5-5 record in doubles competition … earned All NEC Second Team honors.
FRESHMAN (2013-14) – Finished her first season of action with a 13-5 record in singles competition … teamed up with Lucy Jasso for a 6-1 record in doubles play, including a 3-0 record in the NEC … named to both the NEC Second Team #6 Singles and the NEC Second Team #3 Doubles.
BEFORE SFU - Jentz started playing tennis by the time she was nine years old. By the time she was 16 years old, Jentz was already ranked No. 19 in the state and 24th in the region. Currently she holds a No. 35 ranking in the state, No. 40 in the region and No. 385 in the U.S. Jentz was a 2010 Cotton Bowl champion and finalist at the 2012 Texas Open at San Antonio.
PERSONAL - Her parents are Daniel and Lucia Jentz and she has one older brother, Austin. Jentz plans to major in nursing while at SFU
