Middleton begins her third season on the Saint Francis women's basketball staff and first under head coach Chynna Bozeman in 2025-26. Middleton helped the Red Flash finish fourth in the NEC regular season in 2024-25 and earn a home game for the first time since 2021.
She joined the staff after a two-year assistant coaching role at Washington and Jefferson College, where the Presidents were PAC Tournament Champions during her first season and finished with a 23-5 record.

Middleton was a four-year player at Monmouth University, where she was a 2019-20 MAAC All-Tournament Team selection. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Monmouth in 2020 before she earned her Master of Business Administration from Cork Institute of Technology in Ireland in 2021.
