Giannikaki, who woeks with both men's and women's soccer as a graduate assistant, will begin his second season as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2026.

The Red Flash men's soccer team finished second in the NEC regular season in 2025 and advanced to the NEC Championship Game after defeating LIU 2-0 in the NEC Semifinals. Saint Francis finished 8-9-1 overall and 7-2 in NEC play, and defeated the NEC regular-season and tournament champion, FDU, 1-0 in Loretto during the regular season. Diego Garciarena became the second goalkeeper under Kaiser to be selected as the NEC Goalkeeper of the Year and was joined on the All-NEC first team by Álvaro Planas, Mika Wernicke, and Jonah Wolf.

Emma Sawich highlighted the 2025 women's soccer season after she was named to the All-NEC second team and finished the regular season ranking second in NCAA Division I in saves (136).

Giannikakis  finished his collegiate career at Franklin Pierce for his last two seasons. He helped the team to the 2023 National Championship team and contributed to Franklin Pierce's 64 unbeaten streak, one of the longest in NCAA history. He started his career with Gannon. 

Giannikakis graduated from Franklin Pierce with a degree in finance in 2024. After graduating, he played for Pathfinder FC in 2024 and Delaware Osprey in 2025.
