Raunak Doshi finished up his second season as an assistant coach on Sara Spielvogel's staff in 2025. 

Doshi assisted the Red Flash to register the best season in program history in 2025 with a program-record 20 overall wins and 14 wins in NEC play.  Korrin Burns was named NEC Player of the Year in 2025. In addition, Burns rewrote the record book, setting new season and career standards for kills, and boasting six of the Top-8 single-game marks for kills. Burns also ranked Top-5 nationally in kills and points. Alexandra Sappia was also named to the All-NEC first team and tied the program record for assists in a single season, while helping the Red Flash rank fourth in NCAA Division I for service aces per game after the team led the nation in the category in 2024. Alexandra Sappia also ranked in the Top-5 nationally for assists and service aces.

Saint Francis advanced to the NEC Tournament  in 2024 after the Red Flash finished 14-13 overall and 10-4 in NEC play. It was the first time in program history that the team posted an overall winning record in back-to-back seasons, a streak that was extended to three consecutive seasons in 2025. Burns and Kori McClure were selected to the All-NEC first team, and Sappia earned All-NEC second-team honors.

Doshi came to Saint Francis after holding positions as the Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach at Moravian University and as the Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach at Arcadia University, both since 2021.

At Moravian and Arcadia, Raunak assisted in recruiting, budgeting, scouting reports, fundraising, academic progress monitoring, practice planning, statistical breakdown, positional training, and travel operations.

Doshi played club volleyball at both Washington and Jefferson and Millersville.
