LEWISBURG, Pa. (Sept. 12, 2008) – Junior Shirley Miller (Fairless Hills, PA/Pennsbury) (Fairless Hills, Pa. / Pennsbury) had 19 kills and 3 aces and senior Keshia Gibbs (Dumfries, VA/Forest Park) (Dumfries, Va. / Forest Park) added 11 kills and 5 blocks to help the Saint Francis women's volleyball team hold on for a 3-2 victory at Bucknell on Friday night.

The Red Flash won the first two games 25-22, 25-22, only to see their lead slip away. The Bison took games three and four by 25-18 and 25-16 tallies. However, SFU outlasted Bucknell 15-11 in the deciding fifth set.

The Red Flash improved to 3-7 overall, and will face Montreal and Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday.

Senior Kristin Buter (Bowie, MD/Bowie) (Bowie, Md. / Bowie) had 6 kills, 8 digs and 2 blocks, and junior Rikki Myers (Noblesville, IN/Westfield) (Noblesville, Ind. / Westfield) dished out 31 assists.
