NEW BRITAIN, Conn. – (Nov. 15, 2013) The Saint Francis men's soccer team faces Bryant today at 6:30 p.m. in the Northeast Conference semi-finals. The winner will advance to the NEC Championship game.
Today's first game will feature the No. 1 seed Central Connecticut Blue Devils versus the No. 4 seed St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers at 4 p.m.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS:
Bryant finished the season tied with Saint Francis for second place in the NEC. SFU bested the Bulldogs in the regular season, 1-0, on
Jack Webber (Bernville, Pa./Tulpehocken)'s game-winning goal. The Bulldogs enter the NEC tournament on a two game winning streak, their last victory coming over the regular season champs, Central Connecticut. Bryant had a 4-2 showing at home and a 3-6-1 record on the road.
