NTCA February Poll

LORETTO, Pa. (March 19, 2013) – The National Tenpin Coaches Association released its February national rankings on Tuesday with the Saint Francis U bowling team holding down the No. 10 spot.

"Our team has accomplished much and we have the benefit of being a young team which will inspire our efforts the remainder of this season and the seasons to come," head coach Tom Falbo said.

SFU's 2012-13 season is arguably the best in program history, climbing all the way to a national ranking of 10th. The Red Flash have claimed six NEC Rookie of the Week awards, including a string of four in a row.

Currently, Saint Francis is 60-32 overall and claimed the second highest conference record in the league at 17-10.

Nebraska earned 14 first-place votes to propel them to the top-spot in the February poll.

Saint Francis makes its first ever appearance in the Northeast Conference Tournament this upcoming weekend beginning on Saturday.
