Tesa McKibben (Cogan Station, Pa./Montoursville) scored two more goals, including the eventual game-winner in the 35th minute on a shot from just inside the box that found its way into the net. Her second tally of the day came in the 63rd minute with a header from a cross.Â
Ellie Gavin (Hilliard, Ohio/Bishop Watterson) assisted on both goals.

Jena Lafferty (Stewartstown, Pa./Garrison Forest) shined in her collegiate debut, shutting out Oakland in the first half. Fellow rookie
Abbey Collins (Centerville, Ohio/Centerville) played the second half, allowing an 81st minute score by Alice Palmer. The duo combined for six saves.
SFU opens up Northeast Conference play on Friday with a visit to LIU Brooklyn. The match is scheduled to get underway at 6 p.m.
