Bryce England (Williamsburg, Pa./Williamsburg) and golfer
Brandon Mihalo (Windsor, Ontario, Canada/Holy Names Catholic) have been named Scholar Athletes by the Northeast Conference for their excellence in the classroom and competing in the NEC.

England earned his third Scholar Athlete award this season having been named the NEC's Scholar Athlete in cross country as well as indoor track and field. The junior earned the Northeast Conference's Outstanding Distance Runner for the outdoor track season after he won the 5k and 10k at the conference championships. He qualified for the East Preliminaries in the 10k, finishing 39
th. In the classroom, England holds a 3.964 grade-point average as a double major in biology and Spanish including a 4.0 this past semester.

Mihalo was named first-team All-NEC on the links for the Red Flash after leading SFU with a 73.8 stroke average. He led the Red Flash with five top-10 finishes including a pair of top-5s. The Windsor, Ontario native finished second at the Ryan T. Lee Collegiate to start the fall season and capped off his junior campaign with a third-place finish at the NEC Championships. In the classroom, the accounting major holds a 3.948 cumulative grade-point average and posted a 4.0 this past semester.
