ANNAPOLIS, MD- A hot hitting Naval Academy was too much on Saturday morning as SFU fell 25-18, 25-16, 25-9 to the Midshipmen in the second of three matches for SFU at the Kristen Dickmann invite hosted by Navy. Â

TURNING POINT
- Navy broke open a 7-7 first set tie with three-straight points and never looked back in taking the first set
- Kills by Kelsey Roush (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) and Marcinowski got SFU within a point early in the second set but Navy responded by winning seven of the next nine points to break open the set
- The Midshipmen hit .579 in the third set and won 10 of 11 points midway through the set to put the match away

- Five players had at least three kills for the Red Flash in a balanced offense
