Set One
Both teams exchanged points in the early going of the first set, but a 7-0 run by Princeton would give them a 13-9 lead.
Stephen Braswell (Manchester, Pa./Northeastern) and
Evan Feltz (Westerville, Ohio/St. Francis DeSales) would help provide some spark for the offense, as SFU eventually came back to tie things up at 19-19 and force Princeton to call a timeout. Out of the timeout, the Tigers went on another run and take the set, 25-21.
Â
Set Two
Much like the first set, the second set began with both teams trading points. The Tigers opened up the scoring to take a 11-7 lead and force SFU to call a timeout. SFU battled back after the timeout to take a 13-12 lead and force Princeton to burn a timeout. The rest of the way went back and forth until SFU eventually broke away with a 6-2 run to take the set, 25-22.
Â
Set Three
A Braswell kill and a Princeton attack error helped SFU get off to a 2-0 run before the Tigers jumped out to a 14-9 lead. They held that lead for most of the set until a Buck and Braswell kill put the Flash within one point, 19-20, and force the Tigers to call a timeout. From the timeout, it was all Princeton as they went on a rally to win the set, 25-22.
Â
Set Four
The Flash led once in the fourth set, as the Tigers held a two point lead for majority of the set until they eventually went on a 7-1 run. A few miscues by the Red Flash put the set and match in Princeton's favor, 25-20.

Saint Francis looks to bounce back tomorrow as they head to Newark, New Jersey to face NJIT. Match is set to start at 7 p.m.
