Bethlehem, Pa –The Lehigh Mountain Hawks (1-2) early scoring run proved to be too much for Saint Francis to overcome as they dropped to 0-2 on the season in a 19-4 loss. Lehigh put together a 7-0 scoring run to distance themselves from Saint Francis and were able to ride its early momentum to pick up its first victory of the season.

Morgan Day (New Park, Pa./Kennard Dale) ended the Mountain Hawks run with a goal off of a Heidt assist. In response, Lehigh tacked on a few more goals to take a 12-2 halftime advantage. After halftime, Baker scored two straight goals for Saint Francis, cutting the deficit to eight. The Red Flash were unable to get closer than that as the Mountain Hawks went on to win the game, 19-4.
