The Red Flash fell to the Bulls in three sets (17-25, 14-25, 15-25) despite 14 kills and eight digs from sophomore
Madi Tyus (Plano, TX/Bishop Lynch).

Alexa Mamone (Beaver, PA/Beaver Area) added eight kills and two service aces and junior
Logan Belford (Loveland, Colo./Loveland) paced SFU with nine digs.
The Red Flash nearly took the first set from the Golden Griffins, going ahead 23-20 after a Mamone kill, but the momentum was halted as Canisius took the next five points to win the set 25-23 en route to a 23-25, 11-25, 8-25 victory.
Tyus led Saint Francis in game two with 11 kills. Mamone followed with 10 kills while sophomore
Kimmy Sweeney (Broadview Heights, OH/Beaumont School) had a team-high 17 digs.
