Muffitt got the scoring started in the second quarter with her first collegiate tally off a feeder from Ortiz at 19:09. Lopez Rosende then hit the back of the cage for the first time in her career off a pass from Valentini to start the scoring in the second half at 31:18. Ortiz scored unassisted at 34:30 and 45:00 before Muffitt completed her career afternoon with an marker off a Valentini assist at 48:19.

Ella Maillie (Reading, Pa.) are tied for the team lead with three helpers each.
Valentini leads the team with five goals and three assists for 13 points.
All 15 goals and 11 assists have come from players seeing their first collegiate action in 2021.
The last time the Red Flash posted five goals in a game was a 6-2 win against Colgate on September 10, 2017. The day before that win, the squad defeated Siena 5-0.
The win ended a four-game losing streak. The last time the team broke its four-game-losing streak Saint Francis won its next three games.
The Red Flash played in the Atlantic-10 from 2013-20 before moving back to the NEC.
