Mastellone Scores a Season-High 15 Points in Loss at Bucknell

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
» Jenna Mastellone scored a season-high 15 points and went 4-of-4 from the free-throws line.
» Jada Dapaa shot 4-of-7 (57.1 percent) from the field and grabbed a game-high 12 rebound.
» Dapaa, Mastellone and Diajha Allen all recorded two steals each.
» Bucknell's Taylor O'Brien had a game-high 18 points. Carly Krsul added a team-high nine rebounds, four blocks and three steals.
» Bucknell was 9-of-18 from three-point territory, while Saint Francis shot just 1-of-12.
 
TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
Saint Francis jumped out to an early 11-5 lead with 4:22 remaining in the first quarter behind five baskets from four different players. Bucknell's Carly Krsul beat the first-quarter buzzer with a layup that gave the Bison a 12-11 lead.
 
Bucknell rallied behind the last-second shot when they opened the second quarter on a 9-2 run and ended the half on a 9-0 run. The Bison outscored the Red Flash 20-7 in the second quarter and led 32-18 at halftime. Mastellone scored all-seven points for the Red Flash in the quarter.

FLASH MOMENTS
Jenna Mastellone already set her season-high in points with 12 in the first half and ended with 15 points. She converted two and-one opportunities in the game.
 
After she grabbed 12 rebounds, Dapaa fell just two points short of a double-double for the second time this season.

FLASH NUGGETS
Dapaa has three 12-rebound games this season through six games after her performance on Wednesday.
 
Allen set a career-high with two blocks in the game.

UP NEXT
The Red Flash return home for their second and final non-conference home game of the season on Saturday, Nov. 4 against La Salle for a 4 p.m. tip-off. Saturday will be Saint Francis' annual Toy Drive, where fans can bring a new or lightly used toy to receive half-off a general admission ticket.
