The Red Flash women's indoor track team, coming off of an outdoor Northeast Conference Championship, are projected to finish 1^st in the Northeast Conference in the preseason poll while the Red Flash men come in at 5^th in the conference rankings.

The Flash women received six 1^st place votes in the poll after a successful spring season and a winter season in 2020 that saw them finish in 5^th place (64 points) which was their best finish in the NEC Championships since 2014.

Among returning scorers from the 2020 NEC Championships is senior Emily Lunger (Sayre, Pa./Athens, Area) who notched 13 total points for the Red Flash including a personal best time of 57.58 in the 400m Dash. Along with Lunger, the Flash return nine other scorers from the Northeast Conference Championships.

The men's indoor track team finished in 6^th place in the 2020 NEC Championships and are picked to finish 5^th this season in the coach's preseason poll.
