SERIES HISTORY
The Red Flash is 34-48 all-time against the Mountaineers after dropping the conference opener in Emmitsburg. Senior
Mark Flagg had a team-high 13 points in the 75-57 defeat that snapped a four-game Red Flash winning streak.
LAST TIME OUT: WAGNER 70, SAINT FRANCIS 68
The Red Flash shot a blistering 69.6% in the first half, but a key stretch from Wagner in the closing minutes allowed the Seahawks to escape at the buzzer after both teams failed to cleanly inbound the ball in the final seconds.
THE SEGABABA STRIKES AGAIN
The Second Game of a Back-to-Back, often referred to on Twitter as a "SEGABABA," has provided its share of statistical anomalies this season.
Saint Francis shot 12% (3-for-25) in the first half of Saturday's opener at Wagner before a 69.6% mark (16-for-23) in the first 20 minutes Sunday.
RAMIIR'S HERE
After gaining experience behind some of the Red Flash's most decorated guards, senior
Ramiir Dixon-Conover is making the most of his opportunity this winter.
Dixon-Conover is 10th in the NEC in scoring (15.5), fourth in assists (4.4), and third in steals (1.9). The 1.9 steals per game rank 53rd nationally.
MARK'S NOTABLE MARKS
Senior
Mark Flagg became the sixth player in program history to reach 100 career blocks in a contest against Merrimack. Flagg enters Thursday two blocks shy of Emmanuel Adekunle and Earl Brown for fourth in program history.
Flagg reached the 500-rebound plateau in the win over Fairleigh Dickinson. Flagg stands at 545 career rebounds entering Thursday.
A RELIABLE PLUS-ONE
Senior
Ramiir Dixon-Conover has overcome some early-season free-throw challenges to be the team's best at the line in recent weeks.
Dixon-Conover went 44-for-66 at the line (66.7%) through February 5 with six games under 60%. In the series against St. Francis Brooklyn and Wagner, RDC was 21-for-21, including an 11-for-11 mark in the win over the Terriers.
