COACH COYNE'S COMMENTS
"The best word to describe this team is resilient. We have responded in a positive way all season after a major setback like we had last Saturday against Wagner. The senior class led with heart and hustle today. All eight of them played well and helped spark our second-half run. It was a definite highlight to have every senior attacker involved in the scoring.
"Autumn had an excellent middie game today. She had a few really beautiful draw controls. Elyssa was locked in during the second half. She played to win, making key saves that eventually led to goals.
"Ideally, we would have loved to send the seniors off with a win at home but we came up just a little bit short. We can't thank them enough for all that they have done to move the program forward. They will be missed."
