Bowling Set to Host Red Flash Invitational

» Saint Francis University bowling will host 13 teams for the Red Flash Invitational Jan. 28-30 at the Holiday Bowl in Altoona, Pa.

9:00 a.m. Coaches Meeting 
9:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies & Team Introductions and National Anthem 
9:40 a.m. 12 Minutes of open practice 
9:52 a.m. 10 minutes of practice on starting pair 
10:02 a.m. Field starts first traditional game 
5:30p.m. complete 
 
Saturday, January 29, 2022
9:30 a.m. start senior recognition 
10:00 a.m. start practice 12 minutes of open practice 
10:12 a.m. start practice 10 minutes on starting pair 
10:25 a.m. start 5 games of 5 bakers 
4:30 p.m. complete
 
Sunday, January 30, 2022 
9:00 a.m. start 12 minutes of open practice 
9:15 a.m. start 10 minutes of practice on starting pair 
9:30 a.m. start of 3 best of 7 bakers 
1:30 p.m. award ceremony begins

LAST TIME AT RED FLASH INVITATIONAL
The last time the Red Flash hosted its home tournament was back in 2020 when the bowling programs hosted nine teams. The squad came in second that year to go 8-4 on the weekend. Mount St. Mary's University came in the first place in the 2020 tournament after going 11-0 at the tournament.
 
Individually, for the Red Flash Katelyn Orisek came on top for the Red Flash for third place. Followed closely behind for the squad was current Red Flash bowler, Liz Brock to come in 12th after knocking down a sum total of 907 pins.

UP NEXT
The Red Flash bowling team will head to Mt. Joy, Pa. for the NEC#2 Tournament on Feb. 5-6.
