Mary Kate Norcross (Chambersburg, Pa.) finished the first round of the Lehigh Invitational in 44th place to pace the Saint Francis women's golf team on Monday.
>> Norcross finished with a round of an 81 and had nine pars on the afternoon.
>> Meaghan Zambruno (Mount Pleasant, Pa.) and
McKenzie Gustas (Hermitage, Pa.) both registered a birdie on the day. Meaghan Zambruno birdied 18 and Gustas has a birdie on No. seven. Both players also had seven pars.

Sydney Clements (East Sparta, Ohio) (79th place, 88) and
Elisabeth Zajdel (Windber, Pa.) (83rd place, 89) are competing in the event as individuals.

Navy leads the two-day, two-round event with a score of 295, five strokes ahead of Howard (300), while St. John's (303), Quinnipiac (306), Fairfield (306) and Monmouth (306) round out the Top-5 teams. The Red Flash is 15th with a score of 336.

NEXT TIME ON THE GREEN
Saint Francis wraps up the fall season on Tuesday with the final round of the Lehigh Invitational and will be paired with La Salle and Wagner. All five players hit the course at 10 a.m. and will tee off from holes 13, 14 and 15.
