FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
Gregg finished seventh with a time of 18:33.3 in the 5K. This is the first time the senior has paced the women all season.

Quinn McElhenny (Hastings, Pa/Cambria Heights) placed 23rd with a time of 19:16.7. Sophomore
Naomi Hillen (Pottstown, Pa./Pottsgrove) claimed 29th, clocking a 19:31.8.

Mackenzie Walker (Indiana, Pa./Marion Center) (19:35.2) and junior
Claire Oliver (Sandy Lake, Pa./Lakeview) (19:35.5) who finished 31st and 32nd respectively.

Elizabeth Henderson (Skillman N.J./Montgomery) who took 51st with a time of 20:27.2.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Kohler placed sixth with a time of 25:16.2 in the 8K. The senior placed ninth last season and improved his time by over a minute.

Shane Curran (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) who took 23rd with a time of 26:25.8. Sophomore
Daniel Kelly (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) placed 33rd with a time of 26:52.9.

Matthew Berzonsky (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) (27:27.0) and
John Flynn Jr. (Ashland, Pa./North Schuylkill) (28:07.3) who placed 37th and 48th.

Joseph Piccirillo (Brockport,Pa./DuBois Central Catholic) who took 54th with a time of 28:23.4.

Saint Francis will host the Red Flash Rally Sunday, October 6 at B & D Acres Farm in Tyrone, Pennsylvania. The women's race is set to start at 1:45 p.m. followed by the men's race at 2:30 p.m.
