WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
>> Saint Francis men's soccer tied Fairleigh Dickinson, 0-0, Thursday night in a Northeast Conference (NEC) contest at University Stadium in Teaneck, New Jersey.

>> With the tie, the Red Flash move to 3-5-2 overall and 0-2-1 in the NEC.

TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
The Red Flash's best scoring opportunity came in the final 10 seconds of the first half. Maximus Rigby (York, England/Joseph Rowntree) intercepted a pass from midfielder Julian Jakopovic (Stuttgart, Germany/Schickhardt-Gymnasium Stuttgart) and fired a shot into the hands of Fairleigh Dickinson's goalkeeper Spencer King. King blocked the shot and forward Lorenz Ender (Ulm, Germany/North Kingstown) was in the area to apply pressure onto the senior goalkeeper while he covered up his deflection.

FLASH MOMENT
The Red Flash showed a strong defensive effort against the Knights, only allowing goalkeeper Jordaine Jaeger (Munich, Germany/Gymnasium Neubiberg) to make two saves the entire match.

The Saint Francis back line cleared nearly every Fairleigh Dickinson offensive push, keeping most of the play at midfield.
