TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
Michigan started off the game with a 12-0 run to never allow the Red Flash to lead in game. Saint Francis notched its best run in the third quarter with a 5-2 run that featured layups from Moore and
Layla Laws and free throws from Ward.
FLASH NUGGETS
Despite the loss, there were several new game highs notched for Red Flash women's basketball in Friday's game.
Novosel set a new career high with nine points in today's contest, breaking her previous total of three set three times last season.
Moore also achieved a new game high with eight points, which she has now achieved three times.
In addition, Ward's eight points on Friday was a new game high for the freshman.
