The redshirt junior also came within two points of tying Jack Phelan's DeGol Arena record of 42 points he set against Duquesne on January 14, 1977.
>> Cohen finished the game connecting on 15 of his 19 shots from the floor and 10 of 13 from the free throw line. He also narrowly missed his first double-double of the season after finishing with nine rebounds, while also adding three assists and a block shot.

Marlon Hargis (Mays Landing, N.J.)Â tallied 10 points and seven rebounds.
TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
Similar to the Cornell game one week ago, Saint Francis made a furious comeback attempt to make it a one-possession game with 28 seconds left after
Cam Gregory (Accokeek, Md.) traditional 3-point play. Lehigh would go 3 of 4 at the free throw line to seal the win.
The Mountain Hawks took the lead it would not relinquish with a 17-4 run after the score was tied at 41 to take its largest lead at 58-45 with 9:29 remaining.
FLASH QUOTES
"Early in the season these guys have proven they can dig a hole and fight back and make it a basketball game – that's our challenge right now. These guys have demonstrated that they are resilient. They have demonstrated that they can come back from a little bit of a deficit and a challenge. But now, our challenge as a group is not have those lulls.
– Head Coach Rob Krimmel on the game
"We are close, but we are not there yet – believing in each other. Part of that belief is them learning how to play with one another offensively and defensively. It's part of that journey you're on – a college basketball season when you have a guy that is scoring or multiple guys that are scoring and a combination of guys that are learning how to play together. You work to find those rotations. You work to find those guys who can give you the consistency over the course of a 40-minute game throughout the 29 plus that are promised."
– Krimmel on where he think the team currently stands
"The main thing is defense. We talked about it in the locker room. It was a big emphasis today that we need to do better. We are trying to pride ourselves on defense and try to make that our identity. If we can get things together defensively, offensively it will come."
– Josh Cohen on what the team needs to do to improve
"I still have a lot of faith in this group. I think we have a great group of guys. We got a great coaching staff. We need to work on trust, but on and off the court we all love each other. We all want to see each other do great.
– Marlon Hargis on the team

FLASH NUGGETS
Twelve times between 1953 and 1991 a Saint Francis player had a 40-point game, but Cohen becomes the first player in 31 years and 901 games to reach the feat. The 40 points in a game are the seventh most in program history and Cohen is now tied with Maurice Stokes, Lamont Harris and Kevin Porter, who all had exactly 40 points in a game. Stokes had exactly 40 points three times and also had a 43-point game. Cohen is the first player since Isaiah Blackmon to score over 30 points in a game when he posted 30 points against Robert Morris on February 18, 2020. Darshan Luckey is the only other player this century to register over 35 points in a game when he scored 39 points at Mount St. Mary's on February 21, 2005. Cohen also becomes the first player in the Northeast Conference (NEC) to drop 40 against a non-league Division I foe since CCSU's Matt Hunter had 40 points against Indiana on Dec. 8, 2012.
Moore, who was named the NEC Rookie of the Week for the second-straight week, notched his fifth-straight double-figure performance of the year. He is one off Luckey's start of six-straight games to start the 2002-03 season.
Hargis reached double figures for the second time this season and 15th time in his Red Flash career.
Gregory notched a career-high eight points on the night.
