Maggie Hogan (Northern Cambria, Pa./Northern Cambria) led the team with 19 digs and four service aces on the day, while also posting nine kills.

TURNING POINT OF THE GAME

The first set started off as a back-and-forth battle. However, with the score 6-5 in favor of the Sharks, the Red Flash notched a 4-1 run to take the lead. Even though the set tied on a couple of occasions after this, the Red Flash never again allowed the Sharks to lead in set one. The Red Flash secured the first set, 25-23. The Red Flash continued its momentum to be able to go on and claim the next two sets for the straight set victory.

FLASH MOMENTS
The second set started off very similar to the first with both teams battling for each point. With the second set tied at 10, the Red Flash put up a 4-0 run which featured three consecutive service aces from Hogan to give the Red Flash the lead. The Red Flash maintained the lead for the remainder of the second set to secure it, 25-22.

The third set was all Red Flash as the team claimed an early lead and never allowed the Sharks to lead in the third and final set. A kill from
Madi Tyus gave the Red Flash its biggest lead of the match to have ten-point lead over the Sharks at 24-14. A kill from
Skye Eicher (Rostraver Township, Pa./Frazier) secured the third set for the Red Flash at 25-16 for the straight set win.

With today's win, the Red Flash advance to third in the Northeast Conference behind Sacred Heart and Fairleigh Dickinson.
