(Amsterdam, N.Y.) broke the Saint Francis school record in the 60m hurdles with an ECAC qualifying time of 8.88.

FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's performance was highlighted by Stanavich's record breaking 60m hurdles. The previous mark of 9.01 was set by Akaliah Wallace in 2002 at Bucknell. The senior placed second in the event.
Murphy cleared 11.80m in the triple jump to take first place and to tie her previous school record in the event. The senior also placed second in the long jump with 5.58m taking second on the Saint Francis all-time list in the event.
Jenna Beitel (Saltsburg, Pa.) took third in the triple jump, clearing 11.56m and improving her Saint Francis all-time spot to third in the event. Beitel also competed in the long jump placing fourth (5.46m).
Sophomore
Tierney Beebout (Johnstown, Pa.) claimed fourth in the high jump with a clearance of 1.65m. Beebout now ranks third on the Saint Francis all-time list.
Senior
Rhoda Alaban-Tafon (Glen Burnie, Md.) placed fourth in the 300m with a time of 42.46 ranking SFU third all-time. Freshman
Paige Drake (Monaca, Pa.) took tenth in the 300m in her collegiate debut earning the number eight spot in the SFU all-time list with her time of 44.98.
Junior
Maria Ferraro (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) took fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.23.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The Red Flash men collected eight top-three finishes at the competition on Saturday. Williams took first in the 60m hurdles with a IC4A qualifying time of 7.96.
Stevens claimed first in the long jump with a clearance of 6.92m earning the number seven spot of the Saint Francis all-time list in the event.
Nelson tabbed a first-place triple jump performance with a clearance of 14.26m. Freshman Parmelee took first in the 500m dash in his collegiate debut with a time of 1:07.51.
Sophomore
Julian Saunders (Boyerstown, Pa.) took third in the 60m dash with a time of 6.99 improving his ninth-place ranking on the SFU all-time list.
Sophomore
Samir Smith (Clinton, Md.) placed second in the 300m dash with a time of 35.64, ranking fifth SFU all-time.
Sophomore
Haiden Litwinovich (Bridgeville, Pa.) claimed third in the pole vault with a clearance of 3.85m. Sophomore
Jasir Parker (Queens, N.Y.) placed second in the triple jump with a clearance of 13.70m.
The mixed gender 4x400m relay team consisting of Saunders, Stanavich, Parmelee and Alaban-Tafon took fourth with a time of 3:49.47
