» The Saint Francis University outdoor track & field teams competed at the Mason Spring Invitational hosted by George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

FLASH WOMEN TRACK & FIELD NUGGETS
The Red Flash women had three individual event victories. Murphy won the triple jump, clearing 12.27m. Murphy's win marks her third victory this outdoor season. Moore took first in the 200m with a time of 24.28. Crews won the 100m, clocking a 11.98.
Gabrielle Stanavich (Amsterdam, N.Y.) placed fifth in the 400m hurdles, keeping her sixth Saint Francis all-time ranking in the event with a personal best time of 1:03.72.
Jenna Beitel (Saltsburg, Pa.) moved from ninth to sixth Saint Francis all-time and placed 15th in the triple event. Beitel's performance improved her personal best to 11.29m.
FLASH MEN TRACK & FIELD NUGGETS
Dinges was the lone victor for the Red Flash men. Dinges won the javelin with a mark of 62.54m.
Ardonntrell Williams (Voorhees, N.J.) placed third in the long jump, recording a personal best jump of 6.98m. Williams is now seventh on the Saint Francis all-time list.
Caleb Nelson (Bridgeville, Pa.) also recorded a personal best in the long jump. Nelson's mark of 6.86m earned him sixth and moved him ninth all-time.
In the pole vault,
Jackson Tuomey (Brunswick, Pa.) cleared a personal best of 4.82m. Tuomey's mark improved his second all-time ranking and placed fifth.
Dustine Hyde's (Somerset, Pa.) shot put was good for a personal best toss of 15.56m and seventh place. Hyde's performance moves him from ninth to seventh all-time.
