Mary Kate Norcross (Chambersburg, Pa.) (49th place, 83),
Anna Crumine (Newark, Ohio) (57th place, 85) and
McKenzie Gustas (Hermitage, Pa.) (61st place, 86) also competed for the Saint Francis "A" team. All five players for the "A" team had at least one birdie on the day. Detore registered a birdie on eight and 18, Norcross birdied No. 9, Crumine No. 3 and Gustas No. 14.

Elisabeth Zajdel (Windber, Pa.) (51st place, 84),
Jaylee Sikora (Ebensburg, Pa.) (57th place, 85),
Sadee LaRose (67th place, 91) and
Sydney Clements (East Sparta, Ohio) (68th place, 92) were the participants for the Red Flash "B" team. LaRose also had a pair of birdies on No. 6 and No. 15, while Clements birdied No. 13.

Marlie Krug (Loretto, Pa.) (72nd place, 104) competed in the event as an individual and along with
Meghan Zambruno and Gusta made their collegiate debut in the first round.

Youngstown State leads the two-day event with a score of 294, 11 strokes ahead of Bellarmine (305), while Cleveland State (307), Mount St. Mary's (310), Detroit Mercy (313) and Walsh (313) rounded out the Top-5 teams in the field. The Saint Francis "A" team shot a 325 to sit in ninth place, while the "B" squad carded a 342 to place 11th after one round.

NEXT TIME ON THE GREEN
Saint Francis wraps up the Roseann Schwartz Invitational on Tuesday with the final round. The "A" team will tee off from holes 10-13, Krug will hit the links on No. 14, while the "B" team will tee off on holes 15-18. The final round is a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
