FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
Senior Quinn McElhenny (Hastings, Pa./Cambria Heights) paced the Red Flash women for the fourth race in a row in the Brown 6K, claiming 114th with a time of 22:50.1.
 
Following McElhenny, Senior Mackenzie Walker (Indiana, Pa./Marion Center) placed 180th with a time of 23:21.7. Monica Gregg (Henrietta, N.Y./Rush-Henrietta) ran a time of 23:28.5, claiming 200th.
 
Rounding out the Red Flash women top-five scorers was Tesslyn Helms (Pittsburgh, Pa./Oakland Catholic) (23:29.4) and Naomi Hillen (Pottsgrove, Pa./Pottsgrove) (23:41.7) placing 202nd and 231st, respectively.
 
The Red Flash top finisher in the open 6K was sophomore Emma Fleck (Pittsburgh, Pa./South Fayette) finishing 208th with a time of 25:20.3.

FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Senior Zachary Kohler (Warriors Mark, Pa./Tyrone Area) was the top scorer for the Red Flash men, claiming 58th with a time of 24:58.2.
 
Sophomore Daniel Kelly (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) was the next finisher for the men, placing 248th tabbing a 26:21.7. John Flynn Jr. (Ashland, Pa./North Schuylkill) placed 312nd with a time of 27:00.2.
 
Rounding out the top-five scorers for the men were Matthew Berzonsky (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) (27:18.5) and freshman Joseph Piccirillo (Brockport, Pa./DuBois Central Catholic) (27:58.6) finishing 334th and 374th, respectively.
 
The Red Flash top finisher in the open 8K was freshman Nathaniel Scritchfield (Hyndman, Pa./Bedford) placing 434th with a time of 28:54.3.

Red Flash cross country will be back in action at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College Saturday, October 15. The women will compete at 10:00 a.m. and the men will compete at 11:00 a.m.
