FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's team had three members placed in the top-10 and top-five in terms of collegiate runners that participated. Tesslyn Helms (Pittsburgh, Pa.) was the first across the finish line, taking sixth with a time of 22:26.6. Right behind Helms was Monica Gregg (Henrietta, N.Y.), who finished seventh with a time of 22:27.6.
Anna Quackenbush (Mount Airy, Md.) registered her second top-10 finish of the season, finishing in ninth place with a time of 22:32.7. She also finished ninth in the Father Bede Invitational.
Morgan McNaughton (Summerville, Pa.) was the fourth runner to finish, placing 28th with a time of 23:21.4. To round out the top-five, Emma Fleck (Pittsburgh, Pa.) took 31st with a time of 23:29.9.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Daniel Kelly (Spring Mills, Pa.) led the way for the men's team in the Varsity 8K race, taking 38th with a time of 26:24.3. Aaron Tressler (New Alexandria, Pa.) followed behind Kelly, finishing 46th with a time of 26:33.7.
Third in-line to finish was Shane Curran (Philadelphia, Pa.), who placed 84th with a time of 27:26.4. Brady Reese (Catawissa, Pa.) was the fourth Red Flash runner to finish at 88th with a time of 27:28.9.
Rounding out the top-five was Thomas Presnar (New Castle, Pa.), taking 90th with a time of 27:29.9.
