FLASH WOMEN NUGGETSÂ
Tesslyn HelmsÂ
(Pittsburgh, Pa.)Â paced the women's team, finishing 101st with a time of 21:50.6.
Anna QuackenbushÂ
(Mount Airy, Md.)Â followed in 103rd with a time of 21:54.1, the highest finish by a freshman since 2014. The Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year was the 22nd best freshman in the region.
Monica GreggÂ
(Henrietta, N.Y.) finished shortly after Quackenbush in 104th with a time of 21:54.4.
Morgan McNaughtonÂ
(Summerville, Pa.)Â crossed the finish line in 144th place with a time of 22:40.6. Ellie WarnerÂ
(Volant, Pa.)Â rounded out the top-five in 162nd with a time of 23:25.7.
Helms, Gregg, and McNaughton improved upon their previous finishes at Regionals, with four women competing for the first time.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Shane Curran (Philadelphia, Pa.) was the leading runner for the men's team, placing 159th with a time of 33:40.4.Â

Joseph Piccirillo (Brockport, Pa.) and Andrew McGee (Canonsburg, Pa.) followed in 162nd and 163rd place, respectively. Piccirillo finished with a time of 33:54.8 and McGee clocked in at 33:57.7.

Daniel Kelly (Spring Mills, Pa.) was the fourth runner across the finish line for the Red Flash men, registering a 168th place finish with a time of 34:12.4. Aaron Tressler (New Alexandria, Pa.) rounded out the top-five in 173rd with a time of 34:46.5.
