Rhoda Alaban-Tafon (Glen Burnie, Md.) placed third crossing the finish line at 57.97.

Caroline Fyock (McMurray, Pa.) threw 12.05m in the shot put to take home the bronze.

The men's team had four podium finishes, two being event victories.
Bryce Baker (Harrisburg, Pa.) placed first in the 60m dash with a time of 6.91.
Nickolas Hyde (Somerset, Pa.) took first in the shot put with a mark of 16.99m, defending his indoor title in the event.

Ardonntrell Williams (Voorhees, N.J.) ran a 7.88 in the 60m hurdles final to take second place. The junior broke the meet record set in 2017 of 7.93.

David Niang (Harrisburg, Pa.) placed third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.24 to give the Red Flash six points.
