TURNING POINTS OF GAME ONE
» Saint Francis took a 1-0 lead in the first inning with an RBI double from
Olivia Ulam. The Red Flash extended the lead to 4-0 in the second inning with a double steal run and a two-run home run from
Brianna Sawyers.
» In the bottom half, Sacred Heart responded with a three-run triple and a run scored on an error and tied the game 4-4. In the third inning, Sacred Heart took a 5-4 lead with a one-run single.
» Sacred Heart extended its lead further in the fifth inning with a run scored on an error, followed later in the inning by an Alyssa Gonzalez grand slam. The Pioneers capped the inning with an RBI groundout and took an 11-4 lead.

Savannah Nash recorded a two-run double in the seventh inning before Sacred Heart clinched its 11-6 victory.

TURNING POINTS OF GAME TWO
» Saint Francis took the lead first in game two with a two-run single from Ulam in the third inning. Sacred Heart responded with a two-run single, one-run single and hit by pitch with the bases loaded to open a 5-2 lead.
» The Pioneers extended their lead in the fourth inning to 7-2 with a one-run single and RBI groundout.
» Saint Francis produced its next run in the sixth with a one-run single from
Lexi Hernandez and cut the deficit to 7-3.
»
Ashley Wruble produced an RBI single in the seventh inning before Sacred Heart clinched its 7-4 game two victory.
FLASH NUGGETS
» Vesco recorded the 550th strikeout of her collegiate career and stands at 551 – 24 strikeouts shy of the program record. Her 150 strikeouts this season is one shy of entering the single-season top five.
» Pietrzykoski's hitting streak is now six games and she has a hit in 15 of the last 16 games played.
