FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
Senior
Quinn McElhenny recorded a sixth place finish in the 10000m run with a time of 39:19.54.
Madeline Murphy took fifth in the triple jump with a season best mark of 11.99m. The senior also competed in the long jump, leaping 5.65m to take sixth.
Carly Sedun placed sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 49.06m.
Olivia Conrad posted an eighth place finish in the javelin with a mark of 40.72m. The senior ranks third in the NEC in the event.
Rhoda Alaban-Tafon placed 13th in the 400m with a season best time of 57.14
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
The 4x100m relay team of
David Niang,
Ardonntrell Williams,
Julian Saunders and
Bryce Baker placed second at the competition with a time of 40.99. The team ranks first in the Northeast Conference and second Saint Francis all-time.
In the 110m hurdles, Niang placed third with a personal best time of 14.32. Niang now ranks 83rd in the NCAA Division I East and third in the NEC in the event. Williams took fourth with a time of 14.35.
Saunders posted two personal bests at Bucknell. The Boyertown, Pa. native ran a time of 10.67 in the 100m to place eighth and took fifth in the 200m with a time of 21.41. Baker also recorded a personal best in the 100m, running a 10.89 to take 22nd.
In the shot put,
Nickolas Hyde threw for a season best mark of 16.74m, placing eighth. The Somerset, Pa. native ranks 77th in the NCAA Division I East and third in the NEC.
Dustin Hyde threw for 15.95m to take 10th. The younger Hyde also threw for 44.85m in the discus, ranking him sixth in the NEC.
Zachary Kohler finished the 5000m run with a time of 14:50.99, a personal best.
