LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University football earned 12 total Phil Steele Preseason All-Northeast Conference Selections and quarterback
Cole Doyle was selected as the NEC Preseason Offensive Player of the Year.

The Red Flash selected were divided into six first team, two second team and four third team honors. Six offensive, three defensive and three special teams spots made up the 12 selections.

Kerry Galloway, were also on the Phil Steele First Team. Wide receiver
Dawson Snyder and return specialist
Casey McKinney rounded out the first team honors.

Eddie Bierals, linebacker
William Middleton and all-purpose McKinney completed the list on the third team.

In 2022, Doyle was named NEC Offensive Player of the Year and earned national recognition being named a Walter Payton Award Finalist. Doyle and Osborne landed on the All-NEC First team, while Iboleon landed on the All-NEC Second Team last season. Â

Saint Francis aims for a second straight NEC title in the 2023 season, which begins on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. at Western Michigan.
