After giving up a goal in the seventh minute, Saint Francis started to put pressure on the Colonials, generating multiple scoring chances. The best of those chances came in the 24th minute when Aixa Helbringer-Escobar (Santiago, Chile) nearly capitalized on a chance in the box that was created by Pyle.
Coming out of the half, the Red Flash generated more chances in the Robert Morris zone.
Pyle and Helbringer-Escobar both had chances in the first 10 minutes of the period, but could not get one in the back of the net.
Saint Francis got on the board in the 88th minute when Pyle converted on a penalty kick.
