After trading the lead in the fourth set, the Owls pulled ahead early to take the win. Four-point and five-point runs gave Temple a daunting 20-11 lead. The Red Flash fought hard to keep up with the Owls, but errors at the end of the match allowed Temple to take the match.


FLASH MOMENT
Saint Francis took an early lead in set two. In a four-point run at the beginning of the set, the Red Flash took advantage of two Owl errors and Skye Eicher (Rostraver Township, Pa.) earned two kills. More errors by Temple gave the Red Flash a 24-19 lead. Kori McClure (Westerville, Ohio) registered the set-winning kill.


FLASH NUGGETS
Eicher continues to lead the Red Flash offense. The reigning NEC/Molten Player of the Week tallied 14 kills. Korrin Burns (Clarion, Pa.), who earned another Prime Performer nod this week, followed Eicher with nine.

Aubrey Deptula (Boca Raton, Fla.) and Eicher led Saint Francis's defense with three blocks each. Burns was also a leader on defense tallying 13 digs.
