Men’s Soccer Earns 2-2 Result Against Robert Morris

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
>> The Saint Francis men's soccer team tied nonconference Robert Morris, 2-2, Tuesday afternoon at the Stokes Soccerplex.
 
>> With the tie, the Red Flash's record moves to 1-0-3 overall, continuing their unbeaten streak.

TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
Just one minute into the second half, Dallan Schoenberger (Elizabethtown, Pa.) was pulled down in the box to earn a penalty kick. Milan Djajic (Belgrade, Serbia) buried the shot into the lower right corner for his first goal of the season and to level the match 1-1.

FLASH MOMENT
The Red Flash were down 1-2 in the final minute of the match. Torren Aikens (Baltimore, Md.) launched the ball from midfield to the box where Fabian Wagner (Grunsfeld, Germany) nearly gets past the goalkeeper twice to level the match. Patrick Heron (Lauder, Scotland) and Tom Schellbach (Freiburg, Germany) also made attempts before Joschi Schelb (Freiburg, Germany) was finally able to break through to tie the match once again at 2-2.

FLASH NUGGETS
>> Over the 90 minutes, Saint Francis held the advantage over Robert Morris in shots 10-8, while the Colonials held the edge in corner kicks 4-1.
