FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
Along with victories from Gregg and Quackenbush, the women's team had eight top-five placements and 13 top-10 finishes.

Quackenbush notched the first event victory in her collegiate career with a time of 18:08.59 in the 5000m dash. Gregg came in first in the mile with a time of 5:11.37. In the same event, Tesslyn Helms finished fourth with a time of 5:16.16.

In the 4x400 relay, Emma Fleck, Gabriella del Pielago, Rhoda Alaban-Tafon, and Sarah Colman took second with a time of 4:03.38.

Tierney Beebout and Marie-Therese Cooper took third in high jump and triple jump, respectively. Beebout finished with a mark of 1.59m while Cooper had a clearance of 11.52m (37' 9.5").

Naomi Hillen placed third in the 3000m dash with a time of 10:27.08.

Colman recorded the first individual top-five finish of her collegiate career in the 800m dash with a time of 2:23.06. Marlena Jacobs also finished fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 3.40m.

Carly Sedun finished fifth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.89m. Caroline Fyock placed ninth with a throw of 13.78m. Fyock also had a throw of 11.61m in the shot put to get her eighth place.

FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Along with Niang and Hyde's first-place finishes, the men's team had five top-five performances and nine top-10 placements. Niang took first in the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.98 while Hyde placed first with a throw of 16.83m.

Dustin Hyde finished fourth in shot put with a mark of 16.83m. In the weight throw, Vincent Franco also placed fourth with a throw of 15.63m.

In the 60m dash, Bryce Baker and Julian Saunders finished fourth and seventh with times of 6.93 and 6.99, respectively. Saunders also took seventh in the 200m dash with a time of 22.55.

To round out the top performances, Joseph Sevison took ninth in weight throw with a mark of 14.20m. Arnold Mve Ndjamen placed 10th in the high jump with a clearance of 1.85m
