NORTH EASTON, Mass. – Saint Francis University women's basketball fell to Stonehill for the first time in program history 66-57 on the road.

TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
Saint Francis and Stonehill were within two points, the first 5:51 of the game before the Skyhawks opened a narrow 17-13 lead at the end of the quarter. After Stonehill led 17-15, the Skyhawks went on a 19-10 run and led by 11 points, 36-25, at the half.
Stonehill started the third quarter on a 13-4 run and led 48-29 with 6:04 remaining. Saint Francis followed with a 14-4 run of its own and cut the deficit to nine, 52-43, after three quarters. After a back-and-forth starter to the fourth quarter, Stonehill led 61-55 with 3:03 remaining. Saint Francis was unable to inch closer before Stonehill earned its nine-point victory.
FLASH NUGGETS
Artero fell two points shy of earning the first double-double by a Red Flash player this season. She produced the fourth double-digit rebounding performance of the season by a Red Flash player. She rebounds and steals both set a career high.
Ward led Saint Francis in scoring for the eighth time this season.
Yanessa Boyd's seven points were the most in the last seven games. Her six rebounds tied the second-highest output of her career.
