New Britain, Conn.- Saint Francis men's soccer boosted their playoff odds even further with a 2-0 win on the road against CCSU on Sunday afternoon. It was the third win in a row for the Red Flash.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
>> Fabian Wagner and Joschi Schelb netted the goals for Saint Francis. Schelb assisted on Wagner's goal.

TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
Wagner opened the scoring in the ninth minute with a goal from a Schelb feed.
Schelb closed the door on CCSU with a goal in the final minute of the match.
FLASH MOMENTS
The Red Flash dominated the match from the get-go. Wagner had Saint Francis off and running with a goal he tapped in with an outstretched right leg for a 1-0 lead.
Saint Francis fired six shots in the opening 20 minutes of the match to establish control of the match.
Becker made a save in the 24th minute to keep the lead intact for the Red Flash.
After Schelb tried and failed to double the lead late in the half, Saint Francis would head into the break with a 1-0 advantage.
The Red Flash came out of halftime and generated chance after chance, registering eight shots in the first 15 minutes of the period. None of them found the back of the net, however.
Becker played hero for Saint Francis during an 11-minute stretch from the 68th to the 79th minute by making three saves to hold on to the one-goal lead.
Mikey Walenchok and Patrick Kierzkowski each tried to get an insurance goal in the 85th minute but could not convert their chances.
Schelb found that insurance goal with eight seconds left to lock down a 2-0 Saint Francis win.
FLASH NUGGETS
Schelb eclipsed the 20-point mark with three points on the afternoon. He has 22 on the season.
Niclas Becker has allowed just one goal in his last three matches to bring his goals against average to 1.13.
Wagner has scored in three consecutive matches, marking the second time he has done so this season.
