BROOKVILLE, N.Y. - Saint Francis men's soccer picked up their fourth point in conference play via a 1-1 draw with LIU on the road on Sunday afternoon.

TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
The Sharks were off and running early with a goal in the third minute of the match.
De Nittis leveled the match in the 84th minute after an excellent passing display by the Red Flash.
HOW IT HAPPENED
After the early LIU goal, Saint Francis had numerous scoring chances courtesy of Fabian Wagner, Maximus Rigby, Joschi Schelb and De Nittis, but none could get their shots on frame.
The second half opened up as more of an end-to-end affair, with the Red Flash firing off 12 second half shots, five of which were on goal.
De Nittis had a couple of opportunities to level the match early on in the second half, but both of his shots were saved.
Wagner nearly tied things up in the 76th minute but could not put the shot in the back of the net.
After De Nittis' goal, Schelb almost gave Saint Francis the lead in the 88th minute, but his shot was denied by the keeper.

De Nittis has now recorded points in consecutive matches.
Niclas Becker has made at least four saves in each of his four starts with Saint Francis.
