>> Korrin Burns led the Red Flash with 17 kills.

FLASH QUOTE
"Stonehill is a tough team and even tougher in their gym. After dropping the first set, we were tested to see how resilient we could be. I don't think we ever felt comfortable in any of the sets, but we kept our composure and came up big in big moments." – head coach Sara Spielvogel in the win.

TURNING POINT
Saint Francis took the lead early in the fourth set, but Stonehill kept the set close. Ahead only three at 22-19, Burns slammed the ball at the Stonehill setter. Burns then beat the blockers to earn match point. Stonehill extended the match with a three-point run, but a service error by the Skyhawks helped give the Red Flash the win.

FLASH MOMENTS
After Stonehill won the first set, the Red Flash settled in to win the second. With a slight lead at 22-20, Burns and Drew Wallech helped Saint Francis pull further ahead with a solid block on the left. Hogan sent the ball to Stonehill's side, finding the left edge of their side and hitting a Skyhawk to get the kill for set point. The home team responded with their own kill, but Kori McClure put the set away from the right side.

An eight-point run in the third set helped Saint Francis to take the set advantage. After a kill by McClure, Wallech tied the set at 15-15 with an ace. Back-to-back attacks by McClure hit off the hands of Stonehill players, advancing the Red Flash's score to 17-15 and causing the Skyhawks to take a timeout. Wallech tallied another ace out of the timeout, with McClure getting a tipped ball onto the other side of the court for the kill. With a floater, McClure recorded yet another kill to make the score 20-15. After a lengthy rally, McClure and Laney Wilson blocked an attempt by Stonehill, maintaining a lead that would help them take a two-to-one set lead.
