LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University softball swept its first Northeast Conference series of the season against Le Moyne after an 8-0 victories in six innings.

» Ulam gave Saint Francis a lead in the first behind an RBI double and
Lexi Hernandez followed two batters later with an RBI single and opened a 2-0 lead.
» After three scoreless innings followed, Saint Francis tacked on three more runs behind a Walters RBI groundout, Wruble RBI single and Ulam RBI double to open a 5-0 lead.
» Aubry then drove home
Aliya Garroway in the sixth for a 6-0 lead, followed by
Madelyn Wilson scoring on a wild pitch. Aubry then scored on a Wruble groundout to walk the game off and clinch Saint Francis' run-rule victory.

» Saint Francis opened conference play with a series sweep for the fourth consecutive season. Sunday's victory also marked Saint Francis' fifth by run rule this season.
