TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
It took almost six minutes before the Red Flash twinkled the twine, but then the Flash peppered the netting time times in the final 21 minutes of the half.

Fisher scored three of the first four goals for Saint Francis, converting a free-position attempt at 9:20, scoring off a
Mak Patten (Welland, Ontario) assist at 7:40 and unassisted at 6:46.

Alden gave the Red Flash the lead for good with the second tally of the afternoon for the Flash at 8:37 in the first quarter, while Givens (2:09) and Hernandez (1:07) also scored in the six-goal first quarter.

Alden scored back-to-back markers to start the second quarter off a pass from Hernandez at 14:14 and unassisted at 8:11. Givens recorded her second goal of the day at 6:40 off a connection from
Colleen Roche (Orlando, Fla.) at 6:40 and Fisher capped a four-goal first half when she twinkled the twine with 28 seconds left in the half off
Molly Riva's (Stillwater, N.J.) first career point for a 10-2 lead at the break.

Similar to the game on Saturday against CCSU, the Red Flash stepped off the gas in the second half. Hernandez added two goals at 6:06 in the third quarter and 12:38 in the fourth quarter.
Brooke Lacey (Bethel, Conn.) became the fifth different player to score unassisted at 10:18 in the fourth, and Givens reached her hat trick unassisted at 4:01 in the fourth.
FLASH NUGGETS
Last season, the Red Flash finished 5-3 in NEC play for its best mark in team history before the 6-1 start this year. The 6-1 league start is the best in program history in league games. The 2023 team also won six in a row after winning six of the last seven regular season games.

Fisher posted her fifth four-goal performance this season and the fourth time in the last five games. She also recorded five draw controls to move into 10th place in program history with 81 career draw controls.

Hernandez posted her second-straight hat trick after posting four goals and three assists against CCSU on Saturday. It is her 10th career hat tricks of her career. The senior moved within one assist of fifth place on the all-time career assist list, sitting at 52 assists. Hernandez has 72 goals and 52 assists for 124 career points.

Givens recorded her fourth hat trick this season and eighth of her career.

Burke notched her second game with at least four caused turnovers this season and fifth of her career. In addition, she had at least four ground balls for the second time in 2024 and sixth time in her career.

Taylor Coughlin (Hespeler, Ontario) made five stops on Wednesday and has held the last six opponents under 10 goals, the longest streak in program history. The junior has allowed 6.5 goals per game in NEC games.
