>> Saint Francis men's volleyball are set for their final regular season series at home against FDU April 12-13. Friday's match will be at 6:00 p.m., and Saturday's outing is going to take place at 4:00 p.m.

THE WORD ON FDUÂ
FDU is 11-12 overall and 5-5 in the NEC. The Knights clinched a playoff spot in the NEC Tournament on April 5 after a 3-1 win over Merrimack, and followed that up with a 3-1 win at Sacred Heart the following day. The team is currently the No. 4 seed in the conference.
Jamal Ellis Caraballo leads FDU with 282 kills and 19 service aces. Ethan Young also has over 200 kills with 201. Setter Jose Angarita commands the offense with 644 assists.
On defense, Grady Hoffman tallies a team-high 156 digs. Santiago La Jara rounds out the stat leaders for the Knights with 45 blocks.
LAST TIME WE MET THE KNIGHTS
Friday and Saturday will be the 3rd and 4th matchups between the two teams. Saint Francis won the first season series in 2023, sweeping both matches.Â
LAST TIME OUT
Nathan Zini earned his 11th NEC Prime Performer of the season after tallying 35 kills, nine digs, four blocks, and four service aces. The junior opposite notched 20 kills, the fifth time he's accumulated 20 or more in a match this season, during the first outing of the series. His four aces improved his NEC-leading total to 56, and he ranks second in kills with 353.
Andrew Deardorff collected his second Prime Performer after posting 29 kills(3.75 per set), hitting percentages of .524 and .556, 12 digs, and four digs.
Nicholas Lynch received his second Prime Performer as well after recording 11 blocks, including two solo, to go along with nine kills and three digs. The redshirt junior setter is second in the NEC with 70 blocks.
Blain became the all-time single season leader in digs with 285 after posting 18 last weekend. He is second across Division-I and II men's volleyball, and has racked up 117 in conference play.
Parker is first in the conference with 834 assists.
