Akron, Ohio - Saint Francis men's soccer lost their non-conference finale 8-0 to Akron on Tuesday night.

Maximus Rigby was on the end of a quality Joschi Schelb cross from a corner kick, but he missed the net on a headed shot.
Fabian Wagner put a couple of shots on target in the final 20 minutes, both of which were saved.

Planas, Mikey Walenchok and Connor Oechslin all made their first starts of the 2024 season. It was the first of Oechslin and Walenchok's careers.

Risenhoover tied his career-high for saves in a match with four. It marks the fifth consecutive outing in which Risenhoover has either tied or matched his career-high total for saves in a match.
