FLASH MOMENTS
Freshman Lynn resumed her impressive season after the break, splitting two of her four matches this weekend. Although she lost in the qualifying round, she recovered to win in a qualifying consolation match. She also achieved a doubles victory with sophomore partner Dasha Chichkina, advancing to the round of 32 after a tough 8-4 win in the first round. Lynn's singles record is now 9-6 for the season, making her the team's top winner so far.
Junior Reagen Mangan was the sole Red Flash team member to progress to the round of 32 in singles, after winning her first match with scores of 6-4 and 7-5. She now has a 5-4 record for the year.
Senior Kelly Dowuona, the program leader in all-time wins, also secured a victory this weekend by winning a consolation match againstNJIT with scores of 6-0 and 6-2.
