FLASH MOMENTS 
Carlos Cheruiyot led the Saint Francis men's team with a time of 25:26.8. He finished in 15th place, followed by Collin Dreese (103rd, 26:26.9), Micah Brydon (157th, 26:53.4), Aaron Tressler (178th, 27:00.3), Chase Brenneman (204th, 27:15.8), Michelangelo Piccirillo (286th, 28:11.1), and Izaac Erwin (341st, 29:13.5), rounding out SFU's top-7. Also competing for SFU were: Wyatt Foster (362nd, 29:47.6), Thomas Presnar (373rd, 30:15.9), Cael Konek (407th, 32:23.8), and Nicholas Kupniewski (412th, 34:42.4).

The Red Flash men's team finished in 23rd place, scoring a total of 609 points.

The Saint Francis women's team placed sixth with a score of 332.

Junior Anna Quackenbush raced to 24th place with a time of 22:29.6. Coming in 32nd with 22:46.6, was Nina Connors. Morgan McNaughton came in 46th place with a finish time of 23:01.8.

Rosie Gaydos (86th, 23:32.4), Savannah Hoover (148th, 24:19.6), Mackenzie Hirt (194th, 24:45.9), and Isabella Leger (199th, 24:51.1) rounded out Saint Francis' top-7. Also competing for the Red Flash women were: Jordan Dean (213th, 24:57.5), Sarah Colman (241st, 25:13.3), Abigail Sheehan (244th, 25:15.3), Ryan Wilson (252nd, 25:17.5), Lauren Lomago (356th, 26:59.6), and Amy Jacobs (389th, 28:44.1).
